Within the framework of Social Media Marketing for PC Electronics store, we have launched a campaign to introduce a branded image of PC Elic as a personal consultant in the field of electronics.
We have used “PC Elik” character to implement:
1. Content Marketing
2. Messenger Marketing
We used the character to inform about special offers, sales and other events. In the result, we got feedback from clients who address their requests to PC Elik and not the brand.
We have integrated a messenger bot to help our audience find Christmas gifts for themselves and for their family and friends.
